Today's displaced professionals are likely to have a home computer with Internet access, so rather than providing office space and typists, we focus on providing what people really need – expert one-on-one guidance with a deeply experienced outplacement consultant, who creates an action plan tailored to each client's unique needs, who meets with clients every week and stays in touch via email and phone.

Our Approach to Outplacement

We recognize that someone who has been downsized isn't in the best frame of mind to attend cookie-cutter group seminars, sitting together with people they don't know and hearing irrelevant or even inappropriate information about how to conduct a job search. Nor do they want to be told to sit at a computer to watch canned online instruction.
